The support team has been assisting me in tailoring the CSS and integrating the app seamlessly with my store, and the results are fantastic. I'm genuinely astounded by its performance, especially after experimenting with three different apps that didn't meet my requirements. I couldn't be more satisfied now.

Five stars for the app and the amazing support team! Saro helped me first when I was really stressed. She was patient, helpful and KIND. And then came Nitesh. His help and guidance was chef's kiss! Nitesh helped build a custom name box for our hand-cut sterling silver jewelry. It changes with each letter-count option, limits characters correctly, and blocks spaces, since we can't cut a space into metal. He worked on it live, and everything tested perfectly on desktop and mobile. Unfortunately - incompatible with LOTS of built-in functions of shopify, like currency convertor. Have been back and forth with customer service for a long time already, they responded quickly but since the app is problematic in itself, this app is really not friendly for shopify users like us.

They just keep nailing it! I've been using the app for a couple of years. Customers find it quite easy to use to pick a design or personalize items. I started with the free version and have since upgraded to Pro. The customer service is superb. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick, thorough, and knowledgeable reply. Highly Recommend!

So far I like the app. I have some unusual needs for this app and Customer Service has been wonderful with helping me. Update- I have asked for even more because I have needs that go beyond the norm. Customer service has been right on top of everything that I have asked for. I would recommend this ap to everyone. Great App and Great customer Service. Another Update. I am probably the neediest customer they Have. I keep asking for more and the support team keeps giving. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find an app that would do what I need but this is working out great. Excellent product with an excellent support team! Still trying to figure out how to work with multi-currency store

Very helpful company with install. As soon as it was installed it did what I needed it to do. And cannot beat the free price tag! Can't wait to see what else they come out with as this company was the most helpful I dealt with.

Great selection of options and customer service responsive. App could still use some tools to make management easier, but it has far more options than other free apps.

This app works great. Really easy to use and I like the fact that you can hide/show options based on conditions. I did run into a small issue during set-up but they were able to quickly go in and fix it within a day of submitting my support request.

Great app - and very helpful support team. The setting up was fairly straightforward using their installation guide. I've only used it so far for adding a custom option to a few of my products, but it was easy enough... and free!

The best of the best app. The app was beyond expectation and customer support was amazing. Love this app so much! Every time I ask a support, they are right on it! They have the best apps, support and they are free!

Didn't use the App yet but the customer service is responding and helping out. I would advise them to make some brief explanation on how to use the app as it is not intuitive (same way as they did on how to install it). It is not complicated but you need to be told once. I have used it and I think it has great potential however at the moment it doesn't integrate SKU management. So, if you create options with the App, you can't get a specific SKU associated with each single option. Depending on what your business is, it might require some extra manual inventory management. Now, the team told they are aware of this and looking into solutions. Customer support sevice team is very responsive, giving clear answers.
