Critical error on mobile. All product images disappear after click to zoom image and then close it by the X button. All images still disappear when trying to reload the page. After uninstalling the app, the problem still occurred. Please try to fix this issue.

I needed a code change to work with my custom video gallery. They were friendly and quickly helped me!! This is a great app that does exactly what I need. Nice animation to the photo changes too!

BE CAREFUL!! This App broke our entire Store!! We tried to get this app to work but it is constantly breaking our website. We paid for a few months and now had to uninstall it to avoid further damage

can some one help me .... we used this app for long time , now the images show in small images , i sended various emails, no one says anithing , can some one explain what its happens ? shopify dont do anithing ?

I installed this app a week ago and love how it gives the image layout a more professional structured look. I did have an issue that I notified the team about Adam was great he needed to edit some code to fix the issue and now the problem is no longer all this in less than 6 hours from lodging my ticket. I have been looking for a solution for a popup lightbox gallery for my product images and couldn't find anything until by luck I found app! Its really great, I love it. It's dead simple to instal and configure. I had a slight issue with the way some images were displayed on my site and I fired off an email to support and withing minutes they responded and resolved my issue. I wholehearted recommend this app mand the developers behind it.

This is my second App from Gravity Software, I've been very pleased with their service and ability to assist in getting things set up. I removed my previous Image App in favor of this one. This offers me more options for style, and I can add videos to my photo gallery for each product. This is also very mobile friendly.

Excellent product and after sales support. Image software is easy to use and customize to suit your specific needs.

Highly recommend. Currently on the Brooklyn theme, and this allows for the product pages to be much more user-friendly and visually appealing than it would've been without the app. Easy to install and customize certain aspects, even for someone with no technical knowledge. Furthermore, customer support was very quick and thorough.

The app works great. We primarily wanted it for the variant image assignment, but the gallery also really cleaned up the look on the site. One of the other great things it did is sped up our load speed. Previously Shopify would load ALL of the images for ALL of the variants, but this app doesn't cause the images to be loaded until the variant is selected. We have products that have roughly 15 different options, and each product has 5 images so we were having to load 75 images everytime... so we had slow site load. Now our site load has improved. The back end interface isn't the best, but I've been working with the team at Gravity and they've been very responsive already implementing some of my suggestions. Good developer, and worth the money IMO if you have variants.

Despite the time difference, Gravity Software is really easy to work with. They have been great helping us fix a compatibility issue with another app. It's easy to use and works great. No complaints.
