This app gave us a lot of flexibility in setting up our filters. Support has been very responsive whenever I have needed help. I definitely would recommend it!

V3 is a disaster Boost was so good, a bit detrimental on performance (which they wouldn't acknowledge), but overall had lots of positive features V3 came along and completely destroyed it. The trial was great, the AI was performing so-so but it was learning. But then they forced an update where the product block on collections became a widget, rather than just replacing filters. This is an absolute disaster for anyone using more than one template for collections. I really think they should have anticipated this, but they didn't. I'm not sure why this wasn't a forced update in the trial but then it was in the release version. Feel duped into upgrading. Now paying for upgrade but had to go back to V2. Will probably switch to Algolia.

I used this app before and worked with a guy who was extremely helpful. But since working with them again for custom development, I've found the service to be one of the worst I've encountered. They send back broken layouts and broken code time and time again. Sometimes they even break the work previously fixed. I'm left to check for issues myself as they do virtually no testing. It's totally frustrating and I wish I had chosen a different app. I'm so far down the line with this one that I feel stuck with it so I shall see it through. I paid a significant amount of money for the custom development and they've let me down big time. Avoid these guys, they used to care but they don't now.

We use the Prestige theme. This app simply doesn't display anything to our collections. A waste of time and money

This app impacted all of my products appearing in my store. While adding products I always view my store and noticed some were missing. I decided to delete the app only to discover my store did not revert to the original settings. I do not recommend this app because of the possibility of having missing products,

We love this app for our filters and search. We were able to get the filters we wanted with no sacrifice for design. However, we hate that it does not recognize changes to products or collections and forces you to sync every time you move something around in a collection for it to be recognized in the Online Store. If you use manual sort in your collections, this aspect is kind of a nightmare. Support was able to reduce the amount of time before it auto-syncs, but it's still a hassle. We've used another search app in the past and it had no impact on collections. If new products were added, we manually synced and that was fine. Overall, great for filters and search, which is what it's for but HATE the issue it's caused for merchandising.

The app works well and the support is fast and great. The only negative is there's no synonym function, which is pretty important for my business and improving our user experience. When they add synonym control, then I'll upgrade to a 5 star.

A great app to allow customers to find specific products. The search function with suggestions is a massive improvement over the native Shopify search (or the search that came with the theme I purchased!). But the best thing is the support. Any issues are sorted quickly and without fuss. If you hit any snags or compatibility issues with your theme, they fix it almost immediately (allowing for time zones). Can not recommend highly enough.

This app together with the help provided by the devs who adapted it to our store have really changed the way our store presents itself to customers. We have a lot of products on it and thanks to the devs we are capable of filtering products and making it easier for customers to find and browse through our massive collections. Big thanks to the team behind this wonderful app, we will be loyal customers forever!

Fantastic support for a robust and full-featured app. We had many questions prior to purchase due to some unconventional custom requirements, and the response from BC was always quick and informative. Through the customisation process our queries were seen to promptly, with friendly follow-up contact that kept us informed about the progress being made. We are very happy to be using this app from BoostCommerce on our Shopify storefront, and highly recommend it not only because the app works well, but also because of the patience and care that the developers take in providing support for their product.

We don't use all the features, but the ones we do work great. More importantly, the support is amazing. We upgraded our theme recently and had some issues getting the filters to work on mobile devices properly so reached out for some assistance. We had a response within a few hours and our issue was resolved within a day. Would highly recommend this developer to others based on the support alone (But the apps are great too!)

A great app to use for product filters and search just as the title says. I was a bit worried with installation but, support was immensely helpful. Will D with BoostCommerce when above and beyond to get filters working as expected. This is a must have app for stores looking to expand and provide a better filter and search capability within their site. Thanks BoostCommerce!

This app is brilliant, it works very well and it's incredibly fast filtering products. However, what really shines is the support. Henry has been helping me since day one, including adding custom work to the mix. We agreed on a fee for the custom work, but, once finished, he said he could use a theme script so I didn't need to pay. On top of all the good things about these guys, they're also very honest. Happy to give a 5-start review.
