Easy to use, good customer service.

This is a great app for personalizing products! It has all the features I need to make the customization process easy for both my customers and my business. The customer support is also excellent. When I needed assistance, they were quick to respond, very helpful, and resolved my issue immediately. Overall, this is a reliable app that delivers exactly what I need. QUICK AND RESPONCIVE

After a long search, I finally found an app that meets most of my needs. The config was a bit tricky to setup at first but thanks to Priyanka who was very helpful in getting it all started, she made it look simple. Without her help I would be spending hours just to get rolling. I feel comfortable knowing there's a support team at SB who puts customers first.

I had a few questions about how the product options were showing up, but the support team was really helpful and walked me through everything. The app looks great, and setting it up was quick and easy. It’s easy to use, and the customization options helped me display my product choices the way I wanted. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience with the app and the support team!

Very disappointing experience with this app. The app stopped functioning automatically, and even after reporting the issue, their support team did not take proper action to resolve it. However, they continued charging the monthly subscription fee without fail. The customization feature has been non-functional for a long time, affecting. Poor support and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

Wonderful app, and simple to use Install this and you wont be disappointed. Had a few issues at first, but the technical team were straight on it and rectified the issues within 24 Hours

I have to say out of all the apps I’ve tried with a design studio, nothing compares to this one. Why? I’ll tell you why, one word, communication! I asked them to add specific things to the studio that I know my customers want to use when designing a shirt. Thank you very much to Axay who masked all the photos for me so that I could really maximize my customers experience! Couldn’t have made this possible without you and your wonderful responsive customer service! Thanks again!

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht, also wirklich nichts funktioniert. Es gibt keine Testphase, die Gestaltung funktioniert nicht, der Designdownload ebenfalls nicht. Frechheit.

Their app doesnt even work, they said they would get it working and during that time the free trial ran out, and they charged us the monthly fee, still doesnt work, uninstalled. Not happy about this company nor their app. It is as if it is a fake app only get your account charged the fee. Total rip off.

I don't want to be mean and make bad comments publicly, but if you have any self-respect, then don't install this. The price corresponds to the quality.

Such an amazing application contain's all the features, including price increments as per images and text as well. Also, the support team is so quick and responsive. Keep it up, team and i will refer this app to other person as well.
