i used the application and its been amazing experience and its user friendly and easy to use. most recomended.

Linking didn't work as expected. There were bugs setting up MAP pricing. And I wasn't able to change an old employee's email because of the hoops they make you jump through to change.

Customer support (PAUL) was really bad, and product matching doesn't work. All the time it doesnt match the right products. And if i would like to do it, manually product by product like pricemole, i get send to the competitor side. unbelievable how i wasted 100 dollars and a lot of time on this. PS: I never asked for a discount! Please read back our conversation.

One of the biggest advantages is that once your products are uploaded, the app automatically identifies and brings competitor data to you—eliminating the need to manually search and input it. At the same time, you still have the flexibility to fine-tune your setup by manually adding specific competitors, giving you the best of both approaches. There is some initial effort required to clean up and filter out unnecessary data, but that’s expected with any tool handling large datasets. The key benefit is having all the relevant data available in one place from the start. I did experience a minor issue during the initial setup, but the support team responded quickly and resolved it without any hassle.
