Run, don't walk and install PreProduct! We've been a very long time looking for the perfect pre order system and can happily report we've found it! The deferred payment options and flexibility are absolute game changers, and better yet - the support and service from Oli and his team is second to none. Could not recommend this solution more highly, 6 stars!

Fabulous app and team. It did all we required of a Pre-Order app and the customer support was superb down to a few small customizations needed for our site. Unfortunately our supplier timeframes were not reliable so we've had to uninstall but when they are on-time we will certainly consider bringing it back.

BEWARE!!! There is no option to change or cancel your plan once you subscribe. Support does not respond to your issue about it right away. I would not recommend attempting to use this app. Edit: They responded to my email right away and it had gone to spam. The only way to cancel my subscription was to uninstall the app which works perfectly for me. I'm not certain how it would work to downgrade.

Such a great experience working with this group. Customer service (Oli) was absolutely sensational and always ready to help. Calmed my nerves when I wasnt sure what I was doing, seamless and just such a fantastic addition to our store. Easy to use (even for a 61 year old) No complaints here at all. Best app service ever. PreProduct is easily the best pre-order solution we’ve used. Beyond the app’s performance, the support team is outstanding. They are incredibly responsive and always come back to us with actual solutions rather than generic answers. They made our entire experience seamless and were genuinely helpful at every turn. Had some questions and Customer Service (Oli) was so responsive, helpful and fantastic! Love how they have a integration with Klaviyo. We're able to create a branded pre-order email, which was a must for our brand!

Great app, great support. Highly configurable and we can control the preorder variants and lead times through the included API. We came to PreProduct after trialling several other preorder apps which didn't work with our theme, or had no API, or had an extortionate commission % on orders, or a poor support response. This one does everything we need at a sensible price and comes with prompt and helpful UK-based support. Oli helped us fix a couple of issues while we were preparing for launch. For context we're a Shopify Plus site using the Scale plan on the app, but it looks like it'd work well for larger or smaller sites too.

Excellent app, which allowed us to charge customers a small part of the total amount immediately as part of a pre-launch and to charge the remaining amount in the future on a day defined in the app. Questions about the setting options were answered quickly, professionally and extremely politely. I am very satisfied with this app and the development team behind it. We will be implementing many more pre-launches with the help of this app.
