Great app, even better support! I use Notify Me! for both back-in-stock notifications and pre-orders on my Shopify store, and both features have been fantastic. They're easy to set up, straightforward to manage and do exactly what I need them to. But what really impressed me was their customer support during a recent Shopify security incident affecting my store through another app. The Notify Me! team took my concerns seriously, escalated them to their engineers and conducted a thorough investigation to rule out any involvement from their app. They even provided a detailed technical report explaining their findings. At an incredibly stressful time for my small business, they were responsive, transparent and genuinely helpful. It's one thing to have an app that works well. It's another to know there's a team behind it who actually give a damn when something goes wrong. Highly recommend!
