Predispute: Manage Chargebacks

Every chargeback takes the sale out of your payout. A high chargeback rate can also lead Shopify Payments to hold part of your payouts. Predispute puts you in control in three steps. Measure shows your chargeback rate on every card. Decide tells you whether to fight, refund or accept each dispute, and why. We also tell you when a dispute is not worth fighting. Fight writes your response, and an expert checks it. You make the final call on every dispute.
