Prediko Inventory Management

5 stars. Outstanding support. We are a retail store moving our whole inventory onto a new Shopify POS, so we had no sales history in Shopify for Prediko to forecast from. The Prediko support team, Anubhav and Prakhar in particular, went well out of their way to help. They answered every question, checked with their tech team on our behalf, gave us a clear template, and had our full historical sales import done within a day. The interface is a big step up from the inventory tool we were using before. It is clear and easy to work in, and the days-of-stock approach to ordering suits a store with thousands of SKUs. Isaiah's customer support has been great through the learning curve. Also we were asked to speak with their ownership on possible improvements. In a day and age that it's hard to ever find a human to speak to, this business has made a point of interacting/listening with/to its customers. Well Done!

Prediko has been amazing! The system integrates seamlessly with Shopify, making inventory management much easier. The team is also incredibly supportive and always willing to help answer questions and find solutions. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want them to succeed. Overall, a great tool backed by an even better team!

Great app. We've been working with it a lot and working hard to get it set up the right way. The support staff has been fantastic in many ways: - Adding features that were not available - Helping us with technical issues in ways that are not available on our end - Doing lots of technical help very quickly - Giving good responses, not just "we'll look into that"

Customer service is 10. Our rep Isaiah held our hand every step of the way. Other reviews have stated that there's no regular improvements which we would have to strongly disagree with. There's been constant updates and extra services added on which we weren't even looking for but now avidly use.

We’ve been loving Prediko! The platform has been a great addition to our business and has made inventory planning and replenishment so much easier. When you run a growing DTC business, managing your inventory can get really challenging, especially when you have long lead & delivery times. At MyVariations we were growing really fast (+40% MoM) and consistently running out of stock, thus damaging our customer experience which is at the core of our business.
