Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify

Customer service leaves something to be desired. They did not respond to my message (the pre-order app stopped showing on our site for no apparent reason) for something like 6 hours. By the time they responded the business was closed. I responded back in the morning and was chatting with an attendant when I was logged out of the admin Shopify for our business. It took 10 minutes to get it back up and running and in that time the attendant at Pre-Order closed our conversation and is not responding despite making me wait hours to get them to respond in the first place. So I'm left with no chat and no working pre-order button. There's no apparent phone number to call either. Very frustrating.

The app has been working good so far! We have been able to retain some customer orders for items that we're unavailable because of the way the app automatically changes the "buy" button into a "pre-order" to be received when they're available again. I only gave 4 stars since there are still some features of the app could use enhancements. http://www.fukitt.com

We've been using this app for quite a while now to manage our pre-orders and it works very well. Recently we had to integrate it with a new update and the support team did a great job sorting it out quickly and with excellent communication. Eugenia was great and resolved an issue I was having right away!

Works well with good customization options, and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Highly recommended.

Great app! I had a few issues with the pre-order button showing up in places other than the product page, for example, the Quick View modal, and the featured product section in my theme which showcases a single product on the home page, The team was extremely quick to respond to my problem, and fixed it right away. I originally thought this apps (just like almost all shopify apps) was overpriced, but after this outstanding service, I am confident in my purchase. Highly recommend.

Has worked flawlessly from the get-go. Ran into a cart malfunction technical issue on a Sunday. Live chat support was there to help and the technical team implemented a fix within 24h while staying in constant communication. Great stuff!

The app is fantastic - but the service from the team is even better. They have bent over backwards to sort out a couple of minor issues I was having for it and went over and above. I love their 24hr chat support - doesn't restrict you if you're in a different part of the world. I can highly recommend this app and the support the team give for it.

Simple and easy to use. Pre-order button wasn't appearing properly but their first class support team was available immediately and the issue was fixed within minutes. Would highly recommend.

Great customer support, particularly when we recently switched theme and needed some bespoke work (due to our heavy customisation). Have been using this for years now, and it really made a huge difference to our business.

I used this app as advised here and it allowed me to oversell products. It was a really nightmare to correct. The communication is really difficult with the developers. I would not recommend this app. It's been a headache. It is rudimentary in UX and design. I have been nothing but disappointed.

The technology itself could be improved as it's pretty rudimentary right now as far as the way it looks onsite. The customer support is great though so I would recommend because the team is very responsive and quick to fix any issues you may have, and they're patient! 5 stars because I wouldn't go with any other similar solution on the market right now.
