Magical Preorder & Presale

You can`t do anything in the "free" trial or version. It's pointless. Also to uninstall you have to get into the code, it's a pain. Don't even bother trying this app

This has got to be one of THE WORST apps I have ever used on Shopify! Once again, a customer placed an order that should have been a pre-order, but the app was malfunctioning, yet again. I checked the app, and the majority of the toggles "Automatically Enable Pre-Order" are all switched off. I switch them back on, and 2 hours later, some of them are off again, when they should be on. I've missed sales because of this app! My customers are upset because they thought they were placing an order for an in-stock item. I have a company to run. I do not have the time to keep checking this app to make sure it is functioning properly. I don't have time to keep emailing support. I've had to email support at least 3 times due to issues with the app. I've only been using the app for less than 3 weeks. The only good thing about this app is, the support team emails me back pretty quickly. But the app was stressful for me. I decided to uninstall it.

Great customer service, quick and helpful. The free version has very limited options but still useful.

The app works well. The back up and support from them has been amazing. They helped sort out all the set up problems over the first few weeks.

This app really is fantastic! Allowing us to ensure customers are able to reserve an item that is arriving soon ensures that we are able to retain customers through Lockdown. Highly recommended Adam was fantastic with his advice and the app interface is easy to use and understand. 5 Stars

I searched many apps that were easy and to the point and this one was exactly what we needed. I have used their customer service as well and it is phenomenal. They provided detailed to the point explanations and helped with setup. I would highly recommend this app.

I’ve had this app for over a year and customer service has been terrible. The app stopped sending customer updates and it automatically changed my stock levels. No chat support or email response in months so I’m gonna drop them. DON’T upload this app!

App works well, doesn't rely on same lines of code other apps do - ie that 'Continue Selling When out of Stock' checkbox.

We often do pre-orders to help smooth product flow. They are also useful as a marketing tool. Consumers tend not to read stuff! We say that an item is on pre-order in the product copy but having it much more clearly as a pre-order button and a date just below that is much more high profile. And it all goes back to normal once that date has passed. As of Oct 2021 the supply chain is a bit tricky! As a result we have several more pre-order items than normal and they all come in at different times. Bottom line - it's a neat and simple app and well supported by their team. If you need help communicating shipping dates in a clear and aesthetically pleasing way to your customers, you should use this App. The staff worked quickly to install the App on our site, fixing all coding issues they encountered due to our complex theme and other Apps. Their professionalism is impressive and the App works just as we hoped.

Great, simple solution for offering preorder. We love how the app fits seamlessly into our store design. The mixed cart warning/pop up ensures customers read any important info, and love being able to limit preorder stock for each individual SKU. The team were very quick to respond to any questions and ensured everything was displaying correctly on our theme (the preorder badges needed a little bit of styling to not repeat on our theme), and changes to the pop up we requested. Overall very happy with this app!

Solves a series of product management issues. Easy to use and get going very quickly and seamlessly. The dev team is extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond just getting it working.

Great app and user friendly! I sold out of a product that went viral on Tiktok and immediately needed an app to make the product available as a pre-order, otherwise we would have lost on a lot of sales.
