Plytix PIM Connector

Good sync and fairly easy to use. Some learning required on Shopify default inventory tracking etc. when populating default values on new products but once you have that in place a good service.

We've been using Plytix for over a year and it has been very useful in helping us organize product info for over 10,000 SKUs. Training was great! Well organized into weekly modules with a knowledgeable personal trainer. Customer support is very helpful and responsive, not only with real-time questions/answers but also in developing new features in response to customers' requests.

We've been using Plytix for over 7 months, and the transition from Excel sheets to this PIM has been a game-changer. The platform's intuitive interface has significantly streamlined our product information management. Plytix is great! It is exactly what we needed to enrich our product data in the simplest possible way. We previously used to populate a spreadsheet and do some imports into our ERP as well as additional manual entry. It was messy and easily mishandled by team by mistake. Now with Plytix everything is streamlined, there are less steps and we are able to add so much more data to our products. This has allowed our reports to be more detailed and our customer filtering to be so much deeper and useful for all. Eva is our AM in Aus and she has been very patient and helpful throughout our onboarding. So glad we found them as there is no other PIM that I have found, operating in this simple spreadsheet like (but far more comprehensive) format. Highly recommend.

Setup could not have been any easier; Maria is a pleasure to work with and got our environment setup across all of our Shopify stores. I'm now using Plytix for launches and product maintenance across 5 stores seamlessly. Now I just can't wait for the alt-text feature to come for product assets! Would highly recommend; this tool has already saved me countless hours exporting and importing products across stores.

With the recent rework of the Plytix to Shopify connexion it is working like a charm. It's so easy to manage multiple stores at once and we can really trust the data to be handled correctly. And all this is without even mentioning how Plytix itself helped us managing products data and enrich them. I won't lie there's still some Excel sheets here and there, but they don't take too long to be imported into Plytix so people can collaborate. We were never ready that soon for product launch and that's thanks to Plytix. And to add to that their team is really responsive, always swift to help. They also listen to our features requests and I have to say that most of them were implemented since!

We have been using Plytix with integrations for multiple Shopify stores and marketplaces and have found it to be a market leading PIM. The features included mean the product data can be managed properly and efficiently. The controls on the account allow users to focus on their particular area of responsibility without distractions in an intuitive manner. The AI editing tools are very good and add extra efficiency, especially if you have a small team or limited external tools both for images and copy. The bulk actions tools massively improve efficiency and allow rules to run on any field in the platform meaning tasks we would have previously needed to rely on our development resource or Shopify flows (flows are quite limited) can now be added with minimal technical knowledge. The support we get from our account manager is also excellent, which is key for any partnership we have.

Just not a user friendly app. Matching and mapping are not user friendly. errors without error reasons. tested against other apps. this one just adds more work than it is really worth. maybe a 20% savings on verses simply uploading a csv every day... but the csv would be a lot less headache. unfortunately lacking in how to materials, videos and walk throughs. high reccomendation to go to matrixify or make. com first. make this the last stop in desperation only.

We are a manufacturer managing a catalog of more than 1,000 SKUs, and Plytix has become a central part of our product information management workflow. We use Plytix across its different functionalities and have connected it to two separate Shopify stores, each dedicated to a different geographical market. The Shopify integration allows us to manage both catalogs efficiently from a single source of truth, choosing which products should be synchronized with one store, the other, or both. Our products require a large number of metafields at both parent and variant level. Plytix allows us to create, map and synchronize all of them with Shopify, including their translations across the different languages configured in each store. This has been particularly valuable for managing complex and multilingual product data without having to maintain the same information separately in Shopify. During the initial setup, we first imported the complete structure of our Shopify stores into Plytix, configured all the mappings, attributes, metafields and translations, and only then started using Plytix as the source for our regular Shopify synchronizations. This approach has worked extremely well for us. The synchronization process is reliable and gives us a high level of control. Whenever an issue occurs — in our experience, usually because of incorrectly configured or incomplete source data — Plytix's logs provide clear information that helps identify and resolve the problem. And whenever additional support is needed, their Customer Success and Support teams have always been responsive and helpful. For manufacturers or merchants managing large, complex and multilingual Shopify catalogs, especially across multiple stores, we highly recommend Plytix and its Shopify integration.

Migrating to Plytix is one of the highest-leverage decisions we've made on the tech stack. We operate multiple e-commerce brands and needed a PIM that could scale with us without becoming the bottleneck. Plytix delivers on both — the platform is flexible enough to accommodate very different brand requirements, and the team behind it genuinely innovates. New features land in ways that actually move our operation forward, not just fill a release note. We’ve been using Plytix for a couple of months now, and it has really improved our workflows when it comes to keeping track of all our data. Especially the bulk edit tool, as well as the AI editor, have made the process much easier. The connection to Shopify, once built, is also running smoothly. We haven’t transferred all our products to Plytix yet, but we are on a good path to completing the task. Once finished, we can finally connect Plytix to more channels and use it to its full potential. The whole interface is really intuitive and easy to understand, without needing a lot of support. However, if we do need help, the support has always been great—the team is very friendly and quick to respond.
