This form builder is no nonsense! It is easy to set up and use. There are plenty of customisable options too including a number of installation options. This form builder also includes conditional field elements so your customer will be presented new options based on their selections. When I needed some assistance the support was not only fast but also very accommodating. The developer welcomes customer feedback to make continued improvements to the app. 5 star!!
Nice app easy to use and navigate. Highly recommended app.... Kudos to the app creator. Trying different form builder before but this application works best
Easy to use app and the support is very quick to answer any questions and fix any issues, thank you!
I used this app for my business and its easy to set up and user friendly. The price is reasonable for its functions. I enjoy easy to use apps that is not a waste of time and can do what it needs to do immediately.
This app helped me quickly get a simple Contact Us form up and implemented in minutes! Just what I needed.
It just works! Integration to Mailchimp is seamless and customer support very helpful in sorting out issues.
Love it! Easy to use! However, I wish that there were more font options in the free plan because I'm not a fan of the fonts chosen right now.

Awesome app. I would highly recommend it! Easy to use with a good appearance. Few more designs needed in the free plan...
Great app, it's easy to use and very customizable. Imbedding the form to a page is simple and seamless.
A brilliant app that really does exactly what I need it to for my online store, highly recommend to everyone
This app deserves 6 truly. I would say this app is the best form app for us. First of all, We have installed and tried about 8 form apps and most of them have some limitations. (I.e. this app is the only/one of the few that could connect to Microsoft Exchange though SMTP). Secondly, Sunny is super helpful and we asked for some custom feature and he really look into it and help us to achieve that. With the best hardware and software, this app should at least rank top 3 among all form apps!!!
Thank you Form Builder!! What a Godsend. Did exactly what I needed it to do. I will recommend it to everyone with a website!
It`s simple and comfortable for the user app. Works with no bugs. Not breaking the code of my site. Thank you.
