Customers choose pickup or local delivery, a day, and a time slot on your cart page. Only times you can fulfill are offered: each weekday's slots, prep time, a daily cutoff, and blackout dates. Checkout waits until a time is chosen, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Buy it now included. Every order gets the day and time as a tag and a note. The picker also works in slide-out cart drawers on Dawn and many other themes. Turn it on with one click from the app's settings.
