Perfect Setter: DM & Commerce

Perfect Setter turns your Instagram and Facebook DMs into a sales-ready inbox and keeps customers updated on their Shopify orders over WhatsApp. Set keyword auto-replies for DMs, comments, and story replies; let an AI assistant answer questions from your own knowledge base; and manage every chat in one shared inbox with a built-in contacts CRM. Connect Shopify to send opt-in WhatsApp order, shipping, and delivery updates, plus consent-based abandoned-cart and review messages.
