I'm having problems with this app, it take a 3-5 seconds to load the square where you can put a price.

Recommended! The app works well and the support team is great. They responded very quickly when i spotted an issue and came up with a solution in super quick time!

Honestly, one of the best support experiences I’ve had. They replied fast, understood the issue right away, and actually tried to help instead of sending copy-paste answers. I was stressed because my customers couldn’t complete their purchases, but the support team stayed patient and kept working on it. The Pay What You Want Extendons team is super helpful with whatever issues I have. Been using this app for about a year and it works fantastic with my store. I needed a feature altered for my store and they provide a 24 hour turnaround.

Working as expected. Had a minor code issue with another plugin, but the support quickly fixed it. Its doing what I wanted.

Only half works. Customers can add their price on product page, but not during checkout, which makes the entire app pointless.

Setting up the app was a bit confusing so we had to do trial and error. We were finally able to set it up so we did a trial run. App took awhile to update on the live site every time you go to the products where the setting is applied. We sample purchased items in our website and we did not notice that it created a new product listing every time we "pay what we want" for the item. We did not notice this immediately. So we launched our new product not knowing this, customers paid the amount they wanted but NEW products were added based on the amount paid by previous customers. This affected product listings and in turn, affected inventory count. Actual purchases exceeded the stocks (which are limited) we have for the item so we had to manually double check what are the final quantity of purchases and how many we have to do so that we can meet the excess. Luckily, we noticed immediately and we only exceeded around 10 - 15. We immediately disabled and deleted the app, updated product information and the like while customers are rushing in the site and making their purchase. I hope that you could improve further on your app and address the concerns we have mentioned so that in the future, problems like this will be prevented. We do not know why new product listings appeared every time customers pay for what they want, and I think this should not be the case. Please fix this, thank you.

Very helpful very responsive even at 3 am in the morning his time. Great application running smoothly so far. Their developer made a few tweaks to make it good for my shop. Very greatly appreciated. I recommend this application to anyone who wants to make an offer on products.

causes to many clases with other apps installed, especially with Date pickers and varient add ons...spent more time with support to only be told its this app everytime, i made my own work around instead now. woudn't recommend if you have all these extra app installed.
