PayProova shows instructions for a customer’s selected manual payment method, collects receipt images after checkout, and lets staff review, approve, or reject them from Shopify Admin. It supports English and Traditional Chinese storefronts, private receipt access, and configurable upload and retention settings. Merchants remain responsible for verifying payments and fulfilling orders.
