Parcel Plus

Parcel Plus automatically tracks your in-transit orders by scraping courier tracking pages at regular intervals. When a failed delivery attempt is detected, the app instantly contacts your customer through an interactive WhatsApp poll to verify if the rider actually reached out, confirm the delivery issue, and choose between reattempt or cancellation. This seamless process prevents fake delivery attempts, lowers return costs, and keeps customers informed and engaged.
