Upload a Steadfast, Pathao or RedX payout statement — every line is matched to your Shopify orders and the maths re-checked: COD collected − courier fees = what the statement should pay. Any line that doesn't add up, or never appears, is flagged for you to review and raise with the courier. Also: book parcels to any courier, track each parcel's full journey, check a customer's delivery history before you book, and compare couriers on your own data.
