Parcel2Go Smart Send

Two weeks go by and still no support :-( Struggling with this - it doesn't talk back to Shopify now - so when an order is booked the customer's order isn't updated with tracking or fulfilled. As P2G isn't a courier option in Shopify that then makes it hard to update manually. It used to work (really well) - but hasn't for a few weeks. We have asked for support 3 times but had no resolution.

I had high hopes for this. Although in some respects it saves time (I like the automated despatch notes especially), it does still feel really clunky. I seem to get endless duplicates of orders as if they just keep getting imported and that slows things down as I have to keep deleting the extra ones, ungrouping and regrouping things. It also doesn't seem to remember the settings I put in - I always use DHL Collect and no matter how often I put that as a setting, it still defaults to DHL Drop Off. So - not bad, but definitely lots of room for improvement.

Okay as a free solution but not brilliant. A bit strange that orders are imported as sales on individual items, so multiple item orders are split up and you then have to group them together in Smart Send before sending. The process is made more frustrating by Smart Send not importing order numbers. Once an order is complete Smart Send can mark it as despatched in Shopify, but annoyingly, doesn't trigger the sending of Shopify shipping confirmation emails. I did email support on this but didn't receive any response. On the plus side, the prices are very good, but ultimately, I have chosen to pay a bit more and have a shipping solution that actually works logically and correctly and that gives better support.

Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services. 2 issues I have with the service 1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20. 2. Would like for items to extend past 14 days as sometimes we do custom work that needs the extra time.

Terrible company, terrible people, terrible support. We begrudgingly use them because they offer access to some decent rates with several parcel companies, but we expect absolutely nothing in the way of support from them; and I say this as a VIP customer who receives preferential support. These guys are leeches, bottom of the barrel scum.

Super easy to integrate into our Shopify store! Love how easy it is to sort all our shipping in one place & so far really impressed :)

We would NEVER recommend Parcel2Go for ANY shipments. We've had the worse nightmare with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and zero notifications provided to us. We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our stellar 5-star reviews bombarded with customer complaints from all the problems caused by Parcel2Go. The company is awful, and their labeling and tracking system completely illogical, and their delivery service is not reliable and doesn't even work.

Great platform - imports all sales quickly and easily from Shopify for efficient service, creating shipping labels, arranging courier details, and providing tracking links with ease. Great customer service and support lines. Would recommend.

Very Good, easy to use. Only thing we would change is the tracking to be the couriers site and not parcels2go site. Competitively priced and lots of options to send. Customer service is very easy to use and always sort any issues we have had in the past promptly.

We have been using parcel2go for a few years. Although there were some incidents in the past, over all service is good.

UI and UX is great, however, the customer service is awful There is no way to change my collection address in smart send. Customer chatbot service unable to help and the API email they recommended is unresponsive All i want to do is change my collect from address My details on Shopify are correct. I have deleted the plugin and reconnected parcel2go app to no avail. Why is a simple task impossible for them to fix?

Very easy to import and book parcels with a good choice of couriers available.

If incompetence were an Olympic sport, these guys would take home the gold — if they could figure out how to enter the competition. Dealing with them is like watching a clown car crash in slow motion: chaotic, confusing, and somehow getting worse at every turn. Save yourself the headache — go somewhere else. Or just set your money on fire; at least that way, you'll get some warmth out of it.

Very easy to use and with the Rule Manager you can set rules so certain weights of products are auto set to certain carriers - so literally you just refresh smart send on their site and it creates all the shipping labels for you from your shopify orders - print them and ship them out - easy!

This is a ok and workable free solution. Is not as intuitive as other apps but speeds up the process so I guess its got it's place among other apps in this store. Saying this - it definitely needs improvements and more thought.

Smart send is awful to use, I still have no idea how to actually send things. It doesn't talk back to shopify so I'm better off booking orders manually It doesn't show the correct price for the order, so customers end up paying more taxes as there is no way to edit the shipment value once imported.

The first couple of weeks were OK. After this, the integration began sporadically failing to pull through orders at random - all orders missing from one date, two or three missing from others but with no pattern and completely at random resulting in missed orders, customer complaints and alot of admin to rectify. I attempted to use the CSV function to work around it after getting no support from Parcel2Go only to find endless issues resulting in data still not being transferred as the Shopify CSV and Parcel2Go mapping would simply not work together no matter how many edits I made. Prices shown for certain couriers became totally inaccurate to the point that once I had applied shipping showing at around £4 per package and reached checkout, the cost skyrocketed to between £30-£50 per package, resulting in having to start the process over again with alternative options. Set parcel sizes would not apply as they should have, order addresses that were accurate and correct would show faults that had to be manually edited despite being completely fine. All of this meant that a supposedly simple and timesaving process that should have taken minutes ended up taking hours. Live chat offer no solutions, they just tell you to email the help address - emails went totally ignored, literally no response at all, for almost two months now. Filed a refund request to withdraw my balance from prepay to go elsewhere, also ignored. Chased it up and received confirmation of the refund request and the money was removed from prepay but not refunded. Chased up again, was told it had been processed just fine and that it would be another 2-3 business days to receive to refund- this came an went and still no refund, money still not accounted for. Several interactions to chase this up and still just being endlessly told it's been referred to the refunds department. I hugely regret using this integration, it has caused so many problems which have taken significant time and admin to resolve with absolutely with no care or help from Parcel2Go. Having spent the better part of £1k through them and being invited to the 'VIP' program (which promises alot but in practice is essentially the same as a.regular account), I had hoped the support would atleast be decent at a basic level and that issues would be raised and resolved. As soon as I actually get my money back, firmly secure in my PayPal, I will be deleting it.

All good, works as expected and P2G has fair rates.

We used P2G for international parcels and the rule manager is very handy. No problems so far
