OrderSplit Pro ‑ Split Order

We were looking for an app that could automatically separate pre-order items into their own orders and place them on hold. This app has been exactly what we needed, and the customer service from Joe has been outstanding throughout.

This app is absolutely fantastic. We do a large amount of preorders on our site so this will split up all the orders based on their arrival dates (or any trigger that you specify). This has been a game changer for us. The support team is very helpful with answering questions and further setting this up for us. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for more control in their fulfillment.

As good as the app is out of the box, every store has it's own unique needs and the few tweaks we needed to make it perfect for us were done quickly. Worst app ever. It split away free promotions and flyers into a SEPARATE order. Despite setting it up so promo items are never excluded. Furthermore, it does NOT split up bundles. Useless and actually costs you MORE money!!! Deep regrets about installing it.

The app works consistently, and can target almost anything we want - Tags, SKU, Metafield... Also supports exclusions and has an audit log for split orders. It works super consistently even as we get thousands of orders a week, works perfectly with Shipstation and the best part is the developer who responds quickly and efficiently, triages and fixes errors and is willing to help with custom logic if and when we need it. This is one of the best apps we've found for Shopify!
