Originally I gave this app a 1-star review because the email didn't send to all addresses. However, I found that it sends the email to all addresses but it takes longer to arrive than others. After speaking with the app developer, I realized that they are willing to offer great customer service. They have plans to address this issue and I have no doubt they will address it. The app is free completely and I hope it says that way. I had some issues applying it to other pages, but they were helpful in resolving this issue as well. Customer service is very responsive even with a large time difference. I am upgrading my review to 5-stars as this developer has shown a true commitment to the success of users in their platforms. Thank you for helping to resolve issues.

I love being able to customize sign-ups to be a floating pop-up or an in-line form, and then being able to customize the emails that my customers get with MY branding. Great for starter or established shops to use! Fairly straight forward set-up and the few minor issues I had were VERY QUICKLY AND EASILY addressed by the customer service team! Still exploring uses of the app, but based on my experience so far, would recommend to other stores!
