OrderPing: Cash on Delivery

Subtitle

Cut RTO. Ship only confirmed COD orders, not fake ones.

Introduction

Cut RTO — confirm cash on delivery orders on WhatsApp before you ship. Official API.

Details

Every refused COD order is an RTO, and it costs you twice — courier there, courier back. OrderPing messages your customer on WhatsApp the moment a cash on delivery order arrives, with one-tap Confirm and Cancel buttons. You ship only the confirmed ones. Built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, so your number stays safe. Messages send in English, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu or Arabic with a live preview. No reply after 24 hours? One reminder goes out, then the order is marked expired.
