Difficult to configure. Difficult to figure out how to use. Poor admin design. Very frustrating. Life is too short...

Just downloaded the app. Super easy to use. Created my first marketing ad and catalogue. Will provide further review once have used it regularly. Super excited!

We took the top tier plan with great hopes. Looked so promising and full of best endeavours. The app is buggy, incomplete, unstable and actually creates more work. Lots of promises to wait for the improvements and help with campaigns but generally not particularly helpful at all. Moving elsewhere

Hi everyone, we are using this for 2 months now. Extremely happy with the customer support. Templates for the catalogue are the bestest part. Autopilot posting for FB & Insta works like a dream. So easy to create campaigns & manage them. I would highly recommend this app.

Socioh is the smart advertiser's Shoelace. We've had months of issues with low CTR%, and poor performing retargeting ads on Facebook. But having onboarded with Socioh, we've seen a lot of improvement in our retargeting ad performance. The app is quite easy to use. The support and team actually care about aligning ad performance with your brand's marketing objectives. I've had the pleasure of working with Karan, Sakhil and Sahiba who've made design challenges seem effortlessly achievable with their proactive attitude and skillset. Highly recommended app for all Shopify stores struggling to supercharge their Dynamic Retargeting. I have been using this app on and off for a couple of years now. It has saved me countless hours of work in that time. I love the templates and find them very easy to edit if I want something a little different. Being able to schedule posts weeks ahead is an amazing time saver. The app does so much more but this is the main feature I love. The catalogues are also fantastic. The app is extremely user friendly and the support are fab if you do have questions or issues. They are also constantly adding new features. If you are time poor like me then you really need this app.

This has been a fairly easy app to set up and then layer the targeting to get to our key audience. So far, so good!

Great app. Creating catalogs using socioh saves so much time and have higher CTR. Used to stay up till midnight to update catalogs when my sales started/ended, they have a feature to schedule that - that's why i installed in the first place. Performance of their suggested ads is better than my previous ads, and their value based lookalikes on my past order data are performing better than all my previous lookalikes. Best part is that the team is very helpful. There was an option to book a call, so I did - talked to Karan, the founder and he explained everything. Bhuvi helped me set everything up and has helped me with campaigns multiple times.

Highly recommended!! We had an inconsistent performance with our Facebook & Instagram ads and we were struggling to scale our ads beyond a point before using Socioh. We heard about the app in one of the facebook communities and wanted to give it a try. We are using the app from past couple of months and we are extremely happy with our ads performance. It is a lot more consistent and predictable, we are able to scale our ads using Socioh’s audiences and branded catalogs have been real help in optimizing our retargeting funnel. Our spend has gone up almost 3x in last couple of months and we have seen an increase of around 38% in our Click through rates with a consistent ROAS. Thankyou team :-)

I've been using Socioh for a couple of months now, and honestly, I'm saving money just by unsubscribing to other tools I was using for creating catalogs, scheduling my posts, creating retargeting ads, and managing audiences - it does everything. Designing catalogs is a breeze. My products already looked good in their designs out of the box, but Bhuvi still got a few catalogs custom designed for my store. Using these catalogs with their recommended campaigns, my campaigns have been consistently performing 25-30% better than earlier. Highly recommended app, go for it. Pro tip - get on a call with someone from the team to help set you up, they're very responsive and they can ensure you get maximum value out of it.

Love this app, but the team behind it so much more! We launched on Shopify in Oct 2022, but we have been using the app for approx 1 year before that on Woocommerce. We've always loved the ability to do custom catalogs, and the Socioh team's commitment to help their customers be successful despite challenges in the advertising marketplace is admirable. Strong recommend!

Socioh is an amazing app which makes digital marketing a lot easier. Seamless integration between shopify and facebook ads manager makes using store catalogue for retargeting adverts easy! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing support and great looking catalogs. Karan and Tarun have been incredibly helpful not just in helping learn and navigate the platform, but also designed some creatives for us that performed incredibly well during black friday.
