Prompt replies, easy walk through with getting setup and answered all my questions. I couldn't ask for more. Very pleased!

UPDATE: While I appreciate that they ultimately refunded my subscription after deleting the app, they did so because of my negative review. I liked the previous app for my SMS correspondence. I found this one hard to navigate and too many hidden costs. It just wasn't for me, you may have a different experience. Very disappointed and feels scammy. After deleting the app, the monthly sms subscription is still active, so be sure to go to your store settings and cancel that subscription. I learned this the hard way and support was not helpful.

My experience with Omnisend has been excellent! The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and offers everything we need to manage our email and SMS marketing effectively. What really sets Omnisend apart, though, is the customer support. I work closely with Kristen, and she has been absolutely incredible! She’s proactive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to ensure our account is optimized and we’re getting the most out of the platform.

This app is very complete and with lots of options. It makes it a little bit complex and complicated to use at first, that can be solve by using it often.

This app has been a great one for all the email marketing that needs to be done for our business. It is easy to us and definitely automates so many features which you wont find anywhere else.

Upon installing the app and creating an account, I got my account instantly suspended, and after reaching out to support, they asked a bunch of questions, which I’ve answered. At that time, my store was still in development, so they kept the suspension. After a few days, after publishing the store, I’ve requested another review, and they still kept the suspension, and they didn’t provide a SINGLE REASON why it was suspended. What a terrible experience.

Honestly I had given up on trying to figure out email marketing with other platforms, but Omnisend has really figured it out from start to finish. I'm able to design and customize everything exactly to how i want it, and as someone who is very picky that says something. Choosing Omnisend has been the best decision for expanding my promotions and sales.
