Well, let's get straight to the point. The application is good; however, the issue is this: The Omakase app is free, as noted. They let you install and use it. After a while, they contact you, stating that to use certain features, a $19 monthly or $16 yearly payment is required. We find this dishonest; the payment plan feels like a deceptive tactic. So far so great! We're still pretty new to the AI scene and we were pretty hesitant to hosting an AI chat feature on our site given our past experiences and high expectation for customer service, but Omakase has been a really impressive tool in and of itself so far. What really makes this app a five-star for us is the support team behind the app, and the amount of help and investment they have put into making this tool work for us and our unique needs. We cant say enough good things about Phil, Brian, and the whole Omakase crew for bending over backwards to create an AI platform that fits our needs and we can't wait to see how this new feature on our site helps our customers navigate our brand, products, and shopping experience.
