Hi, We really like this plugin very accurate calculation thats what exactly we needed for our store. Excellent Support as well very quick response, thank you

The team is extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure great customer service. The app works perfectly fine once the integration with google maps is completed.

Great App with great customer support that resolved my problem quickly and effectively.

I recently integrated the Octolize Distance Rates app on our store, countrygardens.co.uk to enable us to do local deliveries with set rules - 20 miles for £10 and 50 miles for £30. I found the app and rules easy to install and configure. I used Woo Distance Rate Shipping on our old platform and Octolize was more straight forward. Above this, immediately after downloading the app, I was invited to Zoom meeting with a member of their team, Tomak, for the next morning. He was fantastic and went through everything I had set up and made sure it was all working properly. I also had a follow up email from Tomak after a few days to see if it was running OK. I cannot fault the customer service. Thank you

Great experience with this app! The team supported me through a Zoom session, and they were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure the system was working perfectly. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use and setup. Works perfectly once you have the right data in the app. Support team respond straight away and fix any problems you may have. It's also free, so that's great!
