NovaTomato: Print On Demand

Through Novatomato, it becomes easy to get premium quality stuff. Most amazingly, I like their eco-friendly approach. Everything is recycled from fabric to packaging material. Good for our planet!

Setting up the POD connection to shopify was really quite easy. Now I am excited to add more products with my designs

I've recently downloaded this app and I thought I would give you my thoughts. Everything is actually quite great, obviously, and probably not unlike any of us in this field, I would like to see more product. This is not a criticism, it is simply that we're insatiable, and as a business, you can't possibly offer unlimited items. The one criticism I have that I find your prices a bit high, making it perhaps a bit difficult to generate high sales.

Oh my god First of all this application is a dream, it is really very cool, the products seem to me to be of high quality and the help is fast and wonderful, I fully recommend this application, it provides you with many areas and a lot of high-quality options Thank you

Wasted time designing a bunch of items I'm unable to order (no shipping to Hawaii though we're part of the US!). Incredibly disappointed!

J'aime beaucoup les produits de qualité. Le seul problème pour moi c'est la conversion en devise canadienne qui me laisse très peu de marge de manoeuvre pour faire un profit intéressant. Mais le fournisseur et l'application la plus intéressante.

For the most part, the quality is good. When I had an issue with a sample, Customer Service was able to assist and the response time, when it came to a follow up, was very prompt with a resolution. The production to delivery time is longer than I anticipated so just plan to order way in advance to have product/samples in a timely fashion.

Very disappointing from a designer's perspective. Most of the products do not have extensive size choices even if there are many so-called size options, and most are "Out of Stock" and have been for months. Not impressed. I am not addressing the quality of the "merch" as the app never had enough design mojo to bother ordering samples. Also, bringing anything to the attention of customer care led to repeated and repeated emails wanting to know "How are we doing?" Not so good, try offering products that are in stock or quit bothering to offer them. And get off your "tiny people" notions of fashion, please.

I would recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable print on demand polos for their shopify store. The material and print quality are both fantastic. Customer service is very helpful and responds in a timely manner. The design software is easy to use. I've had no complaints with NovaTomato and will continue to use them for my store.

Fantastic quality polos. Very pleased with the design tool and ability to upload my own designs. Only thing I can ask for is better mock up models but overall I highly recommend Novatomato

So far the process has been smooth to design products. Now we will see how the products look and feel once I receive some samples!

I have had good success with Nova Tomato in the past.
