Super Support! Tolle App!

This is very user friendly and easy to set up. I also got SUPER fast customer service. I was DMing for help at 11pm on a Sunday and got a response almost right away! I've downloaded and tried a bunch of different apps that were too difficult to set up and just didn't have the customization that this one offers. If you want a notify me when out of stock button and an easy email set up once your item is back in stock, this app is it!

It seems to work without trouble. I just got in contact because I was frustrated that there is a logical feature missing (clicking through at a certain point). They say they agree and will add the feature, should be ready next week? That's cool.

Your company's advertisement in my website footer, without my approval, is a serious issue. I will be uninstalling your service due to this disrespectful practice.

By far the worst/most broken and poorly functioning/glitchy Shopify app we have ever downloaded.

Great app with great extra features: - Analytics Dashboard - E-Mail Templates in various languages - It overwrites the button "Add to Cart" on the PDP -> no buttons overload We had two configuration issues in the beginning. Started the chat, immediately got a reply, and within 30 minutes we fixed it together. So, as a recap: App does what was required and the support is super helpful. I got a good feeling with it.

This app led to us being disapproved by google ads, and we have been trying to contact them and have not been able to get a single reply for weeks.

Support went above to help find out what the coding error was we were having. Great support!

Great customer service, the app works perfect and has a lot of customization.

The app isn't free. Beware. The starting rate is $20 a month and they charged us even though we never used the app and only had it installed for less than 15 minutes. Update: The app developer refused to refund us unless we deleted our truthful review. I have now reached out to Shopify support in order to try to obtain a refund. Update: I am still working with Shopify to get the charge removed. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! Not only does it not work properly, but the support is terrible.

Great app. I had a bunch of products out of stock and this app paid for itself as soon as they were back in stock. The customer service is also superb. I tried their pre-order option that they introduced recently. It had several serious bugs but after I reported these they went to work and solved them very quickly. I'm a happy camper.

Quick to respond to issues. So happy to help. Even offered to add a feature in to the development pipeline that I was asking for. Very happy!

Customer service is TOP. The app is easy to use but we had problems with the translations. We needed to change almost all the texts because the translations to Finnish were quite bad. And when we tried to save the the text we had written, we couldn't do that. Contacted the support and they were extremely helpful and fixed all the issues that we were having. They even coded the Notify me button to look exactly the same as our theme buttons. Gave us more than we asked for. If your store uses rare language like ours does, you might experience some issues and need help to set it up.
