Our team maintains detailed customer and order notes in the Shopify timeline. That's great, but... what if nobody actually sees the timeline note? An app like this can help. We needed a task/project app. The Projects section of the app is suited for handling customer/order notes and sharing these projects (todo's) with our team. This app helps us keep track of the daily flow of things. Plus, the Notedesk app is well-supported. We ran into a problem and the developer was right on top of responding to take care of bug/issue with the app. I would recommend this app to any store owner who wants to manage notes on customers & orders. We have only just begun using it, but so far, it seems great! It allows us to follow up on customer/vendor specific requests and keep track of them in a way email can not. Looking for the functionality to assign tasks or projects to users/owners, and change that along the life cycle of the project. The free version did not give enough functionality to even test, so I would suggest offering a free trial of the full version would be helpful as we had two upgrade to even test it. I will continue to provide feedback as we use the app more.

We use this app everyday for our e-commerce business. It's an easy way to assign tasks to different team mates, create follow-up reminders, manage our issues list and long-range order fulfillment. I love how it integrates with Shopify orders and I love it's simple functionality. I've been able to connect with the developers quite easily and they've already taken one of my suggestions and pushed an update in the app with this new feature integrated. Amazing service! Highly recommend.

I was looking for an app to help us keep track of order that are not sent or had other things to be dealt with, this has been the best option so far, Good support team, they take on recommendations which are important and hope they added it soon. Anyhow I would highly recommend this app

This was the only app I could find that did everything I wanted and I had some issues setting up (turns out they were me problems haha) however not only was support super fast but Dan was amazingly helpful and solved all my problems with ease!! Notedesk is amazing and already is helping keep things on track for our B2B transition!! Thanks so much Dan & Notedesk for being so awesome!!! :)
