Wholesale buyers email purchase orders as PDFs, spreadsheets or photos, and someone retypes every line into Shopify. Forward them to your store's own address instead. Each PO is read, its lines are checked against the document's own text, matched to your products by SKU, barcode or name, and turned into a B2B draft order at the account's catalog prices and payment terms, with the PO number. Photos, unsure lines, duplicates and revised POs wait for you with the reason.
