SellerDash: AusPost Shipping

I have been using this App for a week and it saves a siginificant amount of time not have to use the MyPost website. Allows the integration to eBay too which saves even more time. Would be good if there was a way to print the labels on to A5 paper though, 1 label per A4 is a bit wasteful.

I've been using this App for months now and cannot believe the amount of time it saves. It does exactly as described: creates the label which is then paid for via MyPost Business account, print the label and then fulfill the order all within the app saving cutting and pasting between Shopify and MyPost. Really like that I can track orders from the App as well. If I could request an enhancement it would be to allow two parcels per one order in the event that customer's order needs to be packed into more than one box.

The first version of the app was fantastic, I loved it! Then a newer version came out which I found difficult to use. The developers are great, they address and solve problems quickly. The second version is a little over complicated for my liking, but I've settled in with it and know my way around it. Now I wish it had a "hold" function, for when a customer wants me to put an order aside for weeks or even months!

Reloads constantly loosing all the work you've entered. Not a computer issue as customer service keeps telling me. Does this on multiple browsers/devices.

This app saves an epic amount of time. I have been copying and pasting for years! The customer service is world class too.

Such a simply App to use but does all the labour intensive work for you. I have just started my Shopify business and fulfillment seemed so complicated. Genuinely Sellerdash does everything! Simple to set up, process shipping costs and printing labels is easy once you have configured your paper size of your labels in the PDF document that is.

Customer Service not particularly helpful. The App doesn't monitor the tracking of your consignments to check the delivery status so it isn't possible to update the order status in Shopify to Shipment Delivered. If you get this App, you'll still need other apps for delivery status tracking - WHICH EVERY CUSTOMER EXPECTS. I wouldn't recommend

We are really impressed with this app, it has definitely streamlined our postage workflow. It just works. We have also had a great experience with the developers, who reached out to us to assist with some of our questions about the app. Very helpful and friendly.

Wow, this app made a huge difference in productivity for me and the help desk is fast and helpful, as it should be.

Unfortunately, I have found it is not often that when encountering an issue in business, one can have utmost confidence in a supplier to be able to provide immediate fixes. I have found this with Australia Post MyPost Business. Whenever I use the chat feature, there is always someone there to help me. Being able to resolve issues in a timely manner has been crucial in allowing me to spend time on other things. Am very grateful to Nathan and the team and highly recommend this app.

SellerDash has been outstanding for managing AusPost fulfilment through Shopify. Super reliable, easy to use, and their live chat support is awesome! fast, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
