Great app with AMAZING customer service (I have never had better service anywhere else). Definitely top notch people who genuinely care about their product. Highly recommend this app for any one looking to spice up their cart. The only reason why we no longer use it, is because my bosses have decided to go in a deferent route with our theme/template. Thank you so much Vikas for everything!
Great customer service. They redid some of the code so it worked with my website. Thanks again for your help.
Although we havent used the app extensively yet, we did run into an issue during implementation. These guys were prompt in responding to an issue and resolving it quickly!
This app will remedy a pretty substantial sales funnel issue for our company and make life easier on everyone. To add, there was a function I desired for the app that within minutes was handled by Shine through the chat. Great service!
SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE!
My mini cart works great to inform buyers to reaise that items are still in the cart and increase sales. The coders works so hard to fix a minors bugs and provide us with adequate instructions. I trust them the best coders to work with.
Horrible experience the code completely blocked my back end and when I emailed them to help me they gave me run a round wasted my time they did not understand English at all. Now I added the app again and because I did not want to change my review they refused to help me with an issue with their app and told me I would have to pay and get my own programmer to fix what their app is causing on my website. I am glad I never changed the review in the first place.
super useful app that should have been existed for long time, this will replace any not-up-to-standard cart comes with your theme, not to mention the support is great, highly recommended!
