Olivier Roy

I really like Mutual Dropshipping because their service is excellent, Specially for my agent (Shirly), I like her too much and she always gives me the best support and gives me the best service. solve problems very fast, and easy to understand my requirements. Thank you I would love to recommend everyone to use Mutual Dropshipping. You're the best!

Products and shipping are extremly cheaper if you source them on your own, then they add a fee on top of that. Products do not sync with shopify, everything you import will say "0 in stock". The "Inventory Sync" button is not accessible. They automactically pulled up products from my previous orders with another vendor (Who told them that they can access that anyways) and claim to be able to source the same products but when you click on the product's "Details" button, it sends you to error pages and tell you that you don't have access to enter that page. They clearly claim to source products that they can't. Just another middle man, find your own direct suppliers!!! Then customer service is horrible, like really have to be slow in the head! Couldn't ever get anywhere with not 1 question I ever asked! My best option was to unistall the app and move forward without them, it's more productive than wasting time in confusion! I don't even give these people 1 star!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with your app and the incredible service it provides. Wallis is always on top of everything. From the moment an order is placed, she follows up on the entire process with exceptional attention to detail. Her follow-up is outstanding, and she truly takes ownership of the business as if it were her own. Together, we’ve been able to proactively plan our needs, and her support has been crucial in establishing my business, keeping it running smoothly, and driving growth.
