Customer support is at its finest
Quick and fast response form the customer support. Verified the error and fixed it on the spot.
We’ve had a great experience with Mulwi Shopping Feeds. We needed to create a product feed for ChatGPT while native integration is not yet available for Shopify stores in Israel, and the Mulwi team helped us set up a solution that works for our needs. The app is flexible and the overall customer support has been excellent - responsive, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Special thanks to Serhii Oliinyk for his support and assistance. He was quick to understand our requirements and helped us get everything set up smoothly. Highly recommended for stores that need a flexible feed solution and a support team that is willing to help with custom requirements.
