Joovii Multi Carrier Shipping

scam

Coming across from sendle this has been a life saver. Integrates well with AusPost, CouriersPlease and Aramex etc. Great support, well worth the subscription cost

I have to say working with Andrew and Joovii has been so easy, Andrew was happy to help with all aspects of setting up the integration for the app. I had some additional requests and Andrew was more than happy to assist me. I have found the app to be easy to use and the customer service to be exceptional! Thanks Andrew

Very happy with our experience so far! Seems intuitive to use, really good features and can choose the best price shipping based on destination. Support so far excellent. Game changer.

Our little business in North Queensland had been trying to set up courier shipping for our website with a reasonable cost for both our customers and ourselves. We seemed to be going round in circles with Aramex, Sendle and Australia Post. We reached out to Andrew to help us and he instantly knew our issues and gave a great recommendation to install Joovii Multi Carrier Shipping. What a godsend ! It does all the work for you and compares the cost of each carrier for your particular situation. We were not even his customer and he spent extra time to ensure that we set the integration up properly. Save yourself time and just install this app today ! Very Happy, Rose and Michele

So far so good! It is a bit different to what we were used to (Shippit) and a little more fiddly but overall , not too big a deal and the money we are saving is insane! Shippit is so expensive. Would not recommend for smaller businesses. Also, wanted to make a special note and thank you to Rachael who has been helping us during the initial set-up stages, she has been absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond and help with any issues we ere facing, all resolves and in such a timely manner. Love your work Rach! So far, the overall experience with JOOVII has been very positive. I would highly recommend their Multi-carrier service and we look forward to adding International shipping at some stage soon. Tammy, Perfect Supplements Australia :-)

Great app that saves me time every day, with great support from the team too.

Absolutely amazing app, every aussie shopify store owner out there could benefit from it. Makes fulfilling orders so easy, and seamlessly integrates with auspost, sendle and a host of other services. Any issues we had, Andrew and the team went above and beyond to get it fixed quickly (even on weekends!). Cannot recommend this app and company enough!

App is amazing, saves me heaps of time, price is great and most of all Support gets back to you fast for any questions that may arise. 5/5

Works really well. We use it with 3 couriers plus Australia Post. Only very tiny bug bear is that if we have to change the customer address on Shopify, it does not change on Joovi so you have to change it on both. Otherwise its the best postage app we have used in nearly 20 years of doing online

While the app itself is great and does exactly what it says and deserves every one of its 5 stars, I would also give Andrew from Joovii 10 stars if I was able. Andrew was quick to reply with every question and readily available to jump on a call and sort out an issue then and there. Truly excellent service.
