Great support from Casa Apps. It helped me to configure easily the feed. So far, good experience with this plugin.

Warning - The developer got our store banned from Google Merchant center. They did not setup the feed properly and got us suspended. Took shortcuts and did not categorize our products as they were supposed to be and how they were labeled in Shopify. Only wanted to make quick money off our store. Check Time spent using app: on all their positive reviews. They are only a few hours or even a few days old. These are not legit users. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP DEVELOPER.

Most of the positive review for this app are by people who just downloaded the free trial. CHECK "Time spend using app" on the positive reviews and you will see it is only a few hours old. This app developer won't take responsibility for getting our account suspended on Google Merchant Center. They screwed up our feeds leading us to get flagged as Misrepresentation. This developer only wants to make quick money but doesn't want to do the job we're paying for. Horrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

Warning to anyone who is thinking about using this app. We have 20 stores that we used with this app and after a few weeks multiple stores got banned by Google Merchant Center because the developer did not setup the feed correctly. This developer won't take responsibility or help fix the issue they created. We have lost thousands of dollars with this app. Check "Time Spend Using App" on the positive reviews. They are only a few hours old. This is a scam. They are getting trial users to review the app to build their reviews but the product is NOT GOOD. DON'T RISK YOUR STORE WITH THIS DEVELOPER.

BEWARE USING THIS APP. The feed is not good quality, they do not apply proper labels to products or category which will lead to your feed being poorly marketed by Google and Microsoft. We wasted thousands of dollars with this developer before finding out the truth. Some of our stores even got banned because of their garbage feeds. Check their reviews. All the positive reviews are from people who used the app for only a few hours, trial users or something else which is suspicious.

The feed does not work and their servers do not sync with Google and Microsoft. We ran into so many issues with this app and the developers. They are all sales and no follow through. They kept telling us made up stories to hide the fact that the feeds are poor quality. Google and Bing does not like this app and they suspended multiple accounts of ours because of their feeds. See their positive reviews. TIME SPENT USING THE APP below customer name. You will see most of them are from people who only used the app for a few hours. How can that be?

FIND A BETTER APP. This app does not work and their feeds are poor quality with many shortcuts. This will lead to poor ROI on marketing dollars spent with Google and Bing. We lost thousands of dollars paying for the app and also in marketing because of their incompetent developers. They will say anything to get your money even if its not true. STAY AWAY. Check the positive reviews under the customer name, TIME SPENT USING THE APP. Why do most of the reviews come from people who only used the app for a few hours?

POOR QUALITY APP AND FEEDS. This app is not for legitimate businesses, maybe for a start up with 5-10 products but anyone else FORGET THIS APP. Developer charged us a lot of money and the feeds they created got multiple stores suspended on Google. Not to mention our marketing ROI was HORRIBLE with their feed.

Do not trust this developer. He will say anything to get your money but the feed will horrible and full or shortcuts leading to very poor performance on Google and Microsoft. He doesn't care about your marketing performance, only wants to rush out the feed as fast as possible and make money on this platform. Most people don't know how it works on the backend so they don't know why their marketing is not working but many times its a poor feed with missing information. This is what will happen if you use this developer / app. STAY AWAY.

We got royally taken advantage by this developer. They charged us thousands of dollars for Google shopping feeds across multiple stores and come to find out the feeds are missing information, not categorized correctly and full of other errors. Multiple feeds got suspended by Google and they won't allow us to market anymore. NEVER US THIS APP. YOU RISK GETTING SUSPENDED BY GOOGLE AND MICROSOFT.

GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK! THE FEEDS DON'T WORK. I warn everyone not to use this app. The developer cost us thousands of dollars and got our merchant center accounts suspended because of their garbage feeds. Product information was wrong, missing information, products not categorized. You will lose a lot of money in marketing if you use this app.

We have asked this developer multiple times to fix the issues they caused with our merchant accounts but they refuse. They got us suspended with Google!! Google does not trust this app and the servers they use. They took our money and then refused to provide what we paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVELOPER.

We are a multi million dollar business who decided to use this app on multiple stores after being assured by the owner that they would do an amazing job with our feeds. IT WAS A LIE. We got suspended on multiple merchant accounts because the feeds he made were trash. After that he became a ghost. We lost so much money using this app. DO NOT RISK YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS APP. We just removed the app from all of our stores because it does not work properly. I would advise you not to risk your business with this app. Our merchant accounts got suspended with Google because of these poor quality feeds. Their servers don't work properly and don't update the feeds as they should. A lot of shortcuts by this developer leading to our advertising suffering.

We have been using Shopify for over 6 years and this is the worst app we've ever used. The develop is dishonest and will say anything to get your money. The feeds are trash, missing product information and products do not have category assigned to them even if you assign in Shopify. The developer rushes the feeds to make their life easier while your business suffers and you lose thousands of dollars like we did.

If you are serious about your website and Google / Microsoft advertising DO NOT USE THIS APP. This developer screwed up our feeds and got multiple websites suspended on Google Merchant Center. Do you want your Google Merchant Center Accounts suspended? If not then don't use this app. We had this app installed on multiple websites and numerous got suspended by Google because of the poor quality feeds the developer made. We lost thousands of dollars on this app and more in marketing dollars because the feed was so poorly made that the targeting was not correct, google was showing the ads to people who were not in the target category (developers fault).

This app will possibly ruin your Google merchant accounts. Multiple stores got suspended because of the trash feed made the developers of this app. Don't risk your business with this developer. Do not use this app. The feeds are very poor quality and same with the servers used by these developers. Google and Microsoft don't update the feeds from their servers, maybe they've been blacklisted. Our advertising suffered greatly by using this app.
