As a healthcare startup, we were looking for a simple yet powerful SMS messaging solution to integrate with our Shopify store. We came across MSG91 and have been very impressed with their Shopify app so far. The setup process was quick and intuitive. We were able to get the app configured with our Shopify store and start sending SMS notifications within minutes. The app lets us easily customize and send order updates, shipping alerts, promotional messages, and other notifications to our customers over SMS.

very poor customer support, when asked for certain steps to help our dev team with your app integration, they straightaway said no "we wont help" "our dev team doesnt come on call" they didnt know anything about it, instead of helping they just ignore your calls and no support

Great app. It is user-friendly and the MSG91 support team is extremely helpful with setting up campaigns and troubleshooting.
