I have never seen an app team that was as dedicated and worked as well as the Momsify team — especially Tri, who even before the conclusion of a premium contract did everything possible and made changes so that we could use the app effectively.

Outstanding app and excellent support! We are absolutely impressed with Momsify. We had specific customisation requests related to the new standard B2B functionality available in the lower Shopify price plans. For us, it was especially important to display prices correctly depending on whether the customer is a private customer or a business customer. Tri understood our requirements very quickly and implemented the changes in a highly competent, professional, and successful way. The communication was clear, solution-oriented, and very pleasant. It is obvious that this is not just standard support, but a team that truly thinks along and works towards the best possible solution. Thanks to Momsify, we were able to solve our issue with different price displays: private customers now see prices including VAT, while business customers see prices excluding VAT. This functionality was extremely important for our shop. Momsify has become a real added value for us, and we can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to handle B2B and B2C requirements professionally in Shopify. 5 stars so far. First, the app is the only one that fits and works on our store. We tried many apps and only this one works perfectly and looks clear and beautiful. Second, the staff is very responsive. They reply and manage our requests right on the moment.

The product does exactly what we need it to do, even on a customised template. What really sets this app apart is the level of support. Nothing was to much trouble even responding on a Sunday. Very happy and would have no hesitation in recommending this product and company.
