CB: Smart Product Descriptions

The app caused problems with my Mayfair theme. I asked support to assist and they only said that it wasn't cause by the app. As soon as I removed it, my theme was functioning perfectly again.

Contacted support on June 24th. They got back the next day and asked for access to our store. On July 1st, they installed their app and broke our Javascript on our product pages making our product pages unusable. Jason sent an e-mail at 3:25pm PST to say sorry for his delayed response (3 days) and we sent him the screenshots of the errors we were getting on our store. That was at 3:26pm PST. We did not receive a reply to that e-mail and it has now been 18 hours without even acknowledging that their app is causing issues. We had to delete the app and rollback our theme code. Very disappointed with our experience. As soon as the problem was brought to their attention they should have fixed it right away. Leaving any store broke for almost 24 is horrible.

Updated Review: This app is great for conversion rates and has a really nice design, so it pains me to write this. Not once...not twice...but three different times this app has destroyed our Palo Alto theme. We can not longer use the app because the issue was causing our payment section on our product pages to disappear and the header for the page to disappear as well. We deleted the app and the problems continued to get worse (which happened on two different occasions)! We had to get Shopify support involved and not sure how, but the app's code was 100% removed from our theme and then it went back to normal. I know that Booster Apps (the maker of this app) typically tries to explain why it's not their fault. I would like to see some form of accountability. Since this issue has happened to numerous different people, instead of defending yourselves, get to the bottom of it so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Please read to the end. This app is on point, it really adds a beautiful design to your product's page while also maintaining the simplicity of the page and product's description. I installed the app today and contacted the support to install the app for me since my theme is not directly installed from Shopify. They replied immediately with the will to solve any kind of problem I faced. They kept me updated on every step they were doing to install the app successfully to my theme. Now my product's page looks awesome. Now some people just download the app and don't see the features live, but that doesn't mean that the app is not working. That's why there's support, they are willing to grow their app but seeing someone who un-installed the app immediately without even considering contacting support is a bit unprofessional. Best regards to the developers and customer support for the hard work and great service. Keep it up :D

I installed this app to have a little summary of the most important features of my products, just on the top of the product page. And It looks great, I think my customers also like it because since installation my sales increased. I do recommend this app!

I needed help installing the one line code - it WASN'T the app, it was my theme that had been customised so much over time. The team helped me within minutes of receiving my request. This app is absolutely awesome!!! It has saved me soo much time getting key points across in regards to my products - ESPECIALLY on mobile devices! Nobody reads all of the product descriptions when they are on a small-medium size phone, this just makes it soo much easier for the customer to make quick decisions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this app! I've only been using it for a day and noticed a difference. Thank you team, I look forward to see what else you develop.

I am so happy with this app! It does exactly what I want it to, which is to have simple icons + text next above my written product description. I feel this will really help to sell my items as people can see their attributes right away without trawling through too many words. It was really fun picking from all the icons and I can add my own if I want. The app was simple to use and the customer support was super fast and helpful.

Really good app, Conversion rate has boosted up since installing, I realised people tend to ignore info and pay a lot of attention to images/icons and since installing this sales have gone up. Secondly, the support was amazing, I contacted the app developers and they placed the icons exactly where I needed within a few hours. Highly recommended for anyone pushing conversion rates
