Mirakl Connect

Easily sync and update your products on Mirakl Connect from where you configure, map and send them to marketplaces. Exceeded my expectations. Great job Mirakl team.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

Mirakl has been the connector between our small family brand and some of the biggest retailers out there. The connection is smooth, no issues and has generated great success. Paulina was very helpful getting us started with the platform!

When we install the Mirakl Connect app in the shopify app store, it shows Stock locations not synchronized. And always redirect to this page when we click the confirm button. Could you please kindly help us to check this problem?

Works very well for us to integrate the marketplace sites with our shopify system and warehouse system too. Orders flow through seamlessly and dispatch/tracking can be added . Would recommend

We’ve been using Mirakl Connect to sync B&Q marketplace orders with Shopify, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The app fails to transfer essential VAT information from Mirakl into Shopify, so every order appears as zero VAT. This is completely incorrect and makes the orders unusable for invoicing or accounting. This is not a minor issue. It creates real problems for tax compliance and financial reporting. Support confirmed that this limitation is known. There is no way to map additional fields, and no built-in tools to generate correct invoices. If you need accurate tax handling, proper order records, or anything beyond the bare minimum sync, this app will not meet your needs.

Connecting the Shopify App to the Mirakl Account does not work (Internal server error #500). Very bad experience and no available customer support to get help, only an useless AI chatbot.

There is definitely a learning curve to using Mirakl Connect, but once it is set up right it is a huge unlock for business across multiple marketplaces. We are currently managing 10 marketplaces all with orders flowing back into Shopify and this has streamlined our processes and allows our team to stay lean. Overall, it has been a great experience and the Mirakl team has been outstanding to work with!

Mirakl Connect helped us a great deal with our catalogue upload. What used to take us 6 weeks now takes less than 7 days. Mirakl Connect's AI-powered Catalog Transformer removed the catalog bottleneck we had on Nordstrom and accelerated our entire go-live. Besides, the platform's UX is lovely. Would definitely recommend!

No customer service - horrible integration

The platform provides a convenient way to manage multiple marketplace and retailer partnerships in one place, making it easier to discover new opportunities and centralize communications with different partners. The Mirakl Connect team has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in gathering customer feedback. While we found it challenging at times to reach the technical support team and resolve issues quickly, our account managers consistently went above and beyond to assist us, advocate on our behalf, and help move things forward. Although we experienced technical challenges that made the platform difficult to integrate into our workflow, we appreciated the team’s willingness to listen to our concerns and work with us toward a resolution. As a growing brand, we value partners who are open to feedback and committed to continuously improving their platform.

Love the connection

Been having a great experience with this app. Support has been fantastic to work with. This connection has eliminated manual order entry errors we would see from time to time, especially during high-volume peak seasons.

Of all the ways to connect shopify to a Mirakl marketplace, this would have to be the worst. The most frustrating thing about it is the utterly hopeless AI help assistant that just send you around in circles. Foreget about opening a ticket, because that requires you to pay the $500/month subscription.
