Mida helped us understand how our customers actually navigate our store. Thanks to its heatmaps, we reorganized our homepage and saw a real improvement in conversion. Easy to use and incredibly useful for any e-commerce business. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a really good experience with Mida so far. The app has a lot more useful features than I initially realized, and it’s been great discovering how much it can actually do. A big thank you to Emma and Alicia for their amazing support. They were both very helpful in showing me features and functions that I didn’t even know were available, and that really helped me get more value out of the app. Their guidance made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend Mida to anyone looking for a feature-rich app with a helpful team behind it. 5 stars from me!

I think this app is great for my use case, but sometimes there are UI visualization errors when I watch session replays.

The app gave me some information i could use. It really helped me solve a problem with my website that i would have never knew about if it wasn't for this app. This app pointed out problems with my site that was stopping people from being able to buy or mainly look at my products. now after i have fixed the errors that MIDA informed me of hopefully that helps with customers being able to view and order now. Also when i had errors i was at 75 after fixed fixing the error i went to 100. i cant wait until they add Sidekick AI because it really is helpful on here but the contact of customer service needs help sorry to say. most of my help came from my AI sidekick but i could not use him on here which main it a little harder. So with that said the app is great at finding issues just not great at helping you fix them. And they help remove my sessions as well.

I don't have a extensive experience with the app yet, but it seems to be solid. It did help highlight how many of my ad clicks were bot traffic. I've reworked the ads because of MIDA and now all my session recordings appear to be real traffic
The customer service is excellent. It's helpful to know where your customers are viewing and where they are getting stuck in order to grow.

We just installed MIDA Replay and, after running a few initial tests, we’re really impressed with what we’re seeing so far. The setup was straightforward, and the customer service and assistance we received along the way were excellent. We’re looking forward to seeing how MIDA helps us better understand visitor behavior and supports our ongoing website research and improvements.
