App works great and customer service is good. Unfortunately Mergeit does not integrate with Route Protection Insurance perfectly because route double charges me for the original orders plus the merged order. Gave 5 stars because this is not entirely Mergeit's fault and Mergeit works good. But I cannot be without Route. Hopefully I can come back if this gets worked out.
We tested various merging apps available on the App Store and all of them caused significant issues with reporting and functionality. So it was a relief to find MergeIt! It was super easy to setup, and although we had some functionality tweaks required to work in the way we needed, reaching out to support was quick, easy and effective. All of our issues were dealt with speedily. Would recommend this app.
improved interface, good!
> This is a super useful app that pays for itself. The support is super helpful and responsive. We asked for a feature and just a day later they made it happen. Love it!
Easy to use
Mergeit helped us save shipping costs by merging orders. The support was very helpful and they even added a small feature for us. I appreciate the support, thanks!
Amazing app and great customer support. We had some special requests and they got them implemented within 24 hrs each time. This app has helped us immensely.
Sehr gute App, die für jeden Store einen sehr schnellen ROI hat. Zudem schneller und sehr guter Support.
This is a super little app. I had no real idea of the actual number of multiple orders we had each week. I was VERY surprised! We now save a considerable amount of packing labour each week after our merges. The support is next level!
Wish I could merge more orders per month
Very useful app, easy and with the right settings does perfect job. Big thanks to the team, which implemented a change very quick and efficient!
