Never heard back from support in 5 days despite multiple follow ups in which time the free trial ended so we were charged for the month. Reviews about great response time and support seem fake. Don't waste your money and time on this app.
Always having trouble with it. No change of surface customization or to change the look of it. Also very slow and sometimes it takes a couple of second until the product is in the shopping back. I probably have to hire someone to create a unique one (created by a developer) for my store. UPDATE: I know there are a lot of people out that that needed or need a measurement calculator that works really well. After all I delete it and I payed way less for a unique one in my store. Sorry but wouldn't recommend it. Going down from 3 Stars to 2.
I have literally emailed them multiple times with no reply. The app shows all of it's administrative codes on your store. It also has no way to show sizing before adding to cart. I have lost countless sales due to this app and paid hundreds of dollars with no response from the developer. We sell high end wall paper and the app only shows the price per square ft, it's does specify square foot only 19.99 which is grossly different from out standard pricing on precut murals. It's deceptive and stagnant. I have lost over 2500.
Great support!
I had a great experience with the developers walking me through the custom features we needed. These people are great and very good at making adjustments. A+ service!
I have been considering and testing this app for a long time, but have been unsure if it was going to work the way I need it to. I choose to give this app 5 stars after 4 months of operation. It has a fairly basic setup. App looks a bit simple, but it has good customization options. You have to pay for this, but I think it's fair. I had 5 calculators specially designed which are absolutely essential for me, who runs a carpet shop with a main focus on tailor-made carpets. Shoaib who helped me, adjusted the layout so it was identical to the rest of the store. There were adjustment problems at the start, but I probably have to take the blame for this. Stability is number 1, which is why I give 5 stars. I've tested the few apps available, but this was the only one that could be adapted to my needs. Thanks for all the help Shoaib!
The only app (!) in the Shopify universe that can do lengths! And - great support too. An absolute recommendation. Not only can the app handle lengths without any problem, the support is absolutely great. If something needs to be adjusted, support will do it very quickly. An absolute PLUS for me: contact takes place via WhatsApp. 1000% better than other support contact methods.
Assistenza super, gentili e disponibili!
Highly recommend, the team is very easy to work with and very helpful, made selling products on my website much easier
Very helpful app with great support - grateful to have this app on my website! Thank you!
Svårt att få svar på formler för egen uträkning. Beta-version.
good product. you have few days trial too.
The key for me is tech support after purchase. This is what always makes or breaks Apps for me. And so far, this one is great. They reply within a day and seem to want to get me what I need. So far so good! Thanks!
The service department helped me installing the app a little different then the original options, good work from them.
This app works great and customer support was incredibly responsive and helpful. I didn't need the pricing chart shown on the purchasing page. My customers really only care about final price after entering in their W x D. In a matter of minutes customer support made that chart not visible to my customers and it just makes everything look cleaner and there will now be no more questions on what the chart means. I'm very pleased with the app and the service.
This app seems stable, the admin interface is easy to use and responsive, but it falls frustrating short of our requirements because — as others have pointed out — it doesn't offer support for variants. The developer asked me to update my review in light of the fact that they do state in the description that this app doesn't support variants. I've revised my rating to 4 stars as I appreciate how important reviews are for small developers on the app store. But the fact remains; the app doesn't support variants, and the monthly fee is inexplicably high given the very limited feature set, so my honest review remains 3 stars. The developer has however kindly pointed us in the direction of another app which does what we require plus much, much more ... for a price not that dissimilar to this app. In summary: a useful app for basic stores. Not for more demanding power users, despite a price tag which may suggest otherwise! But thank you to Extendons for their support, and honesty in recommending a competing app.
The app works great! For questions, the team behind the plug-in responds very quickly. They have helped me with several questions and are very patient. I am very satisfied!
If you're looking for a plugin to handle variable pricing for your Shopify store, Measurement Price Calculator is an excellent choice. This app is easy to install and use, and it provides a lot of flexibility when it comes to pricing your products based on their measurements. One of the best things about Measurement Price Calculator is that it allows you to create your own pricing rules. You can set up different formulas based on the dimensions of your products, and you can also add pricing adjustments for things like handling fees or custom packaging. This means that you can create a pricing system that is tailored to your business needs, and that can help you save time and money in the long run. Another great feature of Measurement Price Calculator is that it works seamlessly with Shopify. You don't need to worry about compatibility issues, and you can easily integrate the app into your existing setup. The app also provides excellent customer support, so if you do run into any issues, you can get help quickly and easily. Overall, I would highly recommend Measurement Price Calculator to anyone who needs to handle variable pricing for their Shopify store. This app is an excellent choice for businesses of all sizes, and it provides a lot of value for the price. Give it a try and see for yourself how it can help you streamline your pricing process and improve your bottom line.
The app works well but it needs some improvements such as the ability to add variants to products. It’s the best app of its kind at the moment in term of how it’s integrated and customer service. Very close to being perfect.
