Mage: Loyalty Rewards Program

We really enjoy working with the Mage team, from setting up the app to following up on new features and resolving issues. Their responses are always super quick and professional, and they’re also great at providing helpful ideas for improvements. We really appreciate their support!

We moved to Mage from the most well-known platform, and the only regret is not doing it sooner. It costs us less, does more, and the support is in a different league. White-glove from the first call, and you're dealing with the founders directly rather than a ticket queue. The UI was the other deciding factor. Most loyalty apps bolt something onto your storefront that immediately looks like a third-party widget. Mage's is genuinely premium and sits on-brand, like it was custom-developed for our brand. Switching to Mage is a huge upgrade. Couldn't be happier.

Mage Loyalty is hands-down the best loyalty platform on Shopify – and the team behind it is just as exceptional as the product. From day one, Kris and Graeme have been fantastic to work with. They're extremely responsive and guided us through every step of onboarding and launch, making what could have been a complex transition feel completely seamless. The platform itself is the best on the market. It's thoughtfully built, with every scenario and edge case clearly anticipated – the kind of polish you only get when the people building it actually understand what merchants need. Whatever we've wanted to set up, the functionality has been there. When we needed customizations specific to our business, the Mage team didn't push back or point us to a help doc. They worked directly with us to make it happen, which is rare and genuinely appreciated. And the wishlist feature deserves its own callout — it's the best wishlist solution we've come across, period. Beautifully integrated, intuitive for customers, and a meaningful driver for our store. If you're evaluating loyalty apps for Shopify, stop looking. Mage Loyalty is the one.

Absolutely best in class team at Mage. We have used a few other loyalty platforms in the past and nothing comes close. These guys live and breath ecom and make the process actually painless (the smoothest migration we have ever had, period). They are also willing to customize things to actually fit your brand, which for us was a big deal. The backend is also 10/10 - Our previous loyalty backend was so bad, I never used it. Not the case with Mage. If you're looking for a partner in loyalty, this is the one.

I looked into so many different integrations for loyalty and referral for our Shopify Store, but no one impressed me more than Mage on value, human connection, customer service, and overall price. Kris and Graeme are awesome and I am very happy working with them!
