Avada Appointment Booking

The AVADA Appointment App is absolutely great and has made managing bookings in a breeze. What truly sets them apart is the phenomenal customer service. Olivia went completely above and beyond to help me customize the setup, even taking the time to assist me late in the day. Because of her dedication, the app is now incredibly user-friendly and perfectly tailored to my store's needs. On top of that, she is already planning to follow up with me regarding an update for another feature we discussed! Thanks Olivia, you made my day

Many functions of the app were unavailable to me at first but otherwise fairly user friendly. Easy to contact support. Beth was super helpful and dealt with my problem quickly.

So far so far good. It does for free what many other apps only do in paid plans (if at all), which is why we chose this one. Like every other app, it is not perfect, but the support team is super responsive and helpful not only to answer questions but to take on suggestions to improve the app.

Avada Appointments has been easy to navigate and for the sticky points, the help from Avery was amazing! Avery has been a wonderful support. So patient and prompt. And the follow up on requested features has been great too! The app itself has everything I need FOR FREE, that other apps would charge a premium tier for. I can create bundles and packages, reschedule appointments and the clients have control over this too. As well as being able to customise the branding on the emails. Considering all these features are free to use with the app and that the app is still in the early stages, I hope this doesn't change. As a small business, subscription fees can eat in to margins very quickly and it becomes difficult to scale between offering a booking system that takes the load off and spending more for other features that aren't needed. This app fills that gap.

Not only is this app, simple, easy, and robust, the staff in the live chat are prompt, professional, kind and efficient. It took literally less than five minutes to set up my bookings! Best booking software I have dealt with so far in my 11 years as a tutor. Olivia helped me set up the features and she was very fast and kind.
