Details

The Login as a Customer app allows merchants to securely access their store as a customer and view the storefront from their perspective. It helps in reviewing customer-facing pages, settings, and the overall shopping experience, making it easier to troubleshoot issues and improve the customer journey. With this app, merchants can log in and shop as a customer, send customers automated emails when an admin logs into their accounts, and fix customer issues.
