Really happy with Loyalty Palm so far. The app has been easy to customize, works well with my Shopify store, and gives me a lot of flexibility with points, rewards, tiers, referrals, and bonus campaigns. Customer service has also been great. Very quick to respond and helpful when I’ve had a question or issue. So far, I’m very pleased with both the app and the support.

Great app for it's price (free!). Customer support is quick and great, as always. Edit 2026.10.13 - They resolved a bug within 24 hours where the wrong website URL was showing on my Referral Programme.

This is a great loyalty app. Loads of features. Really easy to integrate and customise. There are lots of different ways for customers to earn points and to choose exactly how many points customers need to earn before discounts or gift cards etc. I had a slight issue with one part of the install, I messaged support and they gave me a solution in less than 5 minites by Anna T. Highly recommended
