Looked After gives your store a returns desk. Buyers start a return, an exchange or a warranty claim from any order in their account, or from a Returns Page that needs no login, with photos and answers to your questions. Rules check the window and reason; you approve, decline or ask more in one thread that emails the buyer. Send return instructions and a label, create replacement orders, and resolve with a refund via Shopify, store credit or repair. Returns raised in Shopify become cases too.
