Fantastic little app, great customer service. I have to say to find an app like this is a godsend to us. It keeps our customers as one said "giggling" as they wait for a page to load. It stops you as we all do thinking "nothing is happening" load speeds have not been effected, great idea and a must for all Shopify srore owners. Well done
Unique app concept. Never seen another like it. Definitely excited to use the customize option and see how my customers feel about it!
Excellent quick installation with a nice infinity animation for interim use before customisation. Thanks guys!
Looks ok, unfortunately uninstall does not remove all code. Needs to be fixed. Other than that good.
I spoke to A. Kayali after there was an issue with the app and another one. A. Kayali managed to log in and fix everything within 5 minutes while giving some very helpful advise. The free plan has everything you need to kick start, with options to upgrade if you want but you don't need to! Thanks again guys.
I was having trouble adding my logo. I got really good help from the support. I would happily recommend this app to others :-)
I needed help to speed up my site and lazy loading images was slowing it down. I got a pop up from N. Nikolov in customer support and I was blown away by not only his initiative to fix lazy loading images but his coding skills and advice on other issues I had. Amazing App and fantastic customer support.
Used it and now the website looks way a lot more professional, I had a small problem and customer service was fast and helpful. Absolutely recommend it.
Wonderful customer service and very fast response time! I can’t wait to be able to use all their settings in the future.
Great Support team. Always ready to help and fast-reliable. We did everything through chat. Love it...
Nice and Quick support. it's the best. if you are look forward to put Preloader. just try it first :)
We have been loving and using this app for years. The team is very helpful and responsive. Thank you!
Awesome app! My store is now lightning fast and the pre-loader looks amazing. The free version looks very professional. Thank you for this!
Amazing app, recommend it for any pre-loaders and animations 5/5 we used it to add a pre loader and the website looks great with it
Just installed the app for image lazy loading solution. Quick installation, easy to use with good tutorial. I have contacted the team for some technical questions, they solved professionally. For the site owner who is looking for optimizing solutions, this app is worth a try.
Not what I was looking for. Won't use my animated gif as a preloader. Should be more intuitive if you have to pay for it. Would rather learn to write the code myself.
I used this app to help get my logo integrated into my loading screens for my website and it was a much easier process than I expected. The Ninety9 team helped me understand the process very quickly and I had the animation installed on my page by their team within less than an hour.
Great app, it helped us a lot with smooth navigation and improved user experience. Customer support was awesome
Works as expected. Friendly, fast customer support to tweak to your theme. Free plan available. Best app and pricing for the transition, animation or speed you want.
Nikolov is a friendly and helpfull customer support!
